The zinc die casting server enclosure is designed for high-performance computing, networking, and data center equipment. Third-party verification (ICP / SGS) and full CMM dimensional reports are available upon request. Production supports custom drawings, 3D model validation, and tolerance control per customer design.
Packaging and Logistics
Each zinc die casting server enclosure is individually packed in an anti-static plastic bag, then placed into protective EPE foam compartments to prevent surface abrasion or impact. Units are consolidated into sturdy 5-ply export-grade cartons, sealed and labeled with part number, quantity, and batch code. Palletized packaging is available for bulk shipments.
