We own more than 30 die casting machines ranging from 5T to 800T, complemented by centralized melting furnaces, CNC machining centers, automated deburring and punching equipment, welding lines, and CCD automatic inspection systems. Precision Zinc Alloy Die Casting

We operate multiple zinc alloy die casting machines ranging from 5T, 15T, 30T, 88T, 160T to 800T, capable of producing miniature precision parts to medium-sized structural components, mainly with Zamak alloys.

Precision Aluminum Alloy Die Casting

We operate aluminum alloy die casting machines from 180T-800T, working with materials such as ADC12 and A380. Suitable for medium-to-small structural components widely used in telecom housings, automotive parts, and electronic enclosures.

Precision Magnesium Alloy Die Casting

We operate magnesium alloy die casting machines from 150T-500T, using alloys such as AZ91D and AM60B. Mainly producing lightweight components for laptops, smartphones, and optical module housings.

We have an in-house mold design team, using UG, Pro/E, and AutoCAD for modeling, and equipped with CNC, EDM, and grinding machines for efficient mold fabrication.
