Product Overview
This multi-slot QSFP optical module support frame is a dedicated fixing and heat dissipation structural part for multi-channel high-density fiber transceiver equipment. It is integrally formed by high-pressure die casting of premium Zamak zinc alloy. The hollow grid hollow-out structure greatly expands the air circulation area, effectively solving the heat accumulation problem when multiple optical modules work at the same time. Integrated positioning feet and standard mounting screw holes enable stable locking inside communication chassis and switches, and the integral metal material provides reliable EMI isolation between adjacent signal channels.
Manufacturing Process
Custom precision mold high-pressure die casting, dimensional tolerance controlled within ±0.02mm
CNC secondary finishing for all mounting holes, positioning lugs and frame edges
Optional surface treatment: matte nickel plating, anti-corrosion passivation, bright tin plating
Full deburring, surface polishing and dimensional full inspection
Load-bearing vibration test and assembly matching test before delivery
