This QSFP-DD and QSFP56 series optical transceiver metal housing is specially developed for next-generation high-speed fiber communication modules. Adopting high-performance Zamak zinc alloy raw material and precision die casting forming process, this split metal shell provides reliable mechanical protection, efficient electromagnetic interference shielding and excellent heat dissipation guarantee for internal high-speed optical chips and circuit components.
Two structural designs are available: one with rear heat dissipation slotted structure and one with fixed mounting lug design, which can adapt to different heat dissipation and installation requirements of high-density server cabinets.
