Our aluminum die cast optical module housings are precision engineered for mainstream high-speed optical transceivers including QSFP+,QSFP28,QSFP-DD,OSFP,CFP/CFP2/CFP4 series, covering 40G/100G/400G/800G data transmission specifications.
Two mainstream structural designs: finned heat dissipation type and fully enclosed sealed type, matched with detachable plastic pull tab for convenient plug & pull from switch slots.
Made of high-grade ADC12 aluminum via high-pressure die casting plus CNC precision machining, surface treatment options: nickel plating, passivation. All dimensions controlled within ±0.02mm tolerance to comply with international industry form factor standards.
